Privacy Policy

This site is operated by CarusoneAutomation LLC, a New York limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use stopandautomate.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect what you type into our forms. When you request a strategy call, we ask for:

Your name and business name
Your email address and phone number
Your monthly revenue range and team size
Your website, a description of your business, your biggest bottleneck, and what you want your first AI agent to do

If you enquire about a one-off build instead, we ask for your name, business name, email, which build you want, and any detail you choose to add. We do not ask about revenue on that form.

If you use the chat assistant on this site, we receive what you type into it. If you give it your email address, we keep that conversation so we can reply to you. If you do not, we see the conversation but keep no record of it. The assistant's answers are generated by an AI model running on Cloudflare, the same company that hosts this site — what you type is not sent to any other AI company.

Cookies, and what we count

Three things on this site touch your browser. None of them are advertising, and none of them follow you to another website.

Counting how the site gets used. We use a tool called PostHog to count what happens on a page: how many people arrived, how far they read, whether they opened the form, whether they sent it. It stores one cookie so that one person visiting twice is not counted as two people. Until you type your email into a form, that count is anonymous — no name, no address, nothing that points back at you. If you do send us a form, we connect those earlier actions to the email you gave us, so we can see how you found us before you asked us to call.
A check that you are a person. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which quietly works out whether a form is being filled in by a human or by a bot. It watches how the browser behaves while you are on the form. It is there to stop junk submissions, not to build a picture of you.
Your own browser's memory. We save your first name, and one note about which form result you already saw, so the site does not ask you the same thing twice. That stays on your device.

We do not use advertising trackers, advertising cookies, or ad-network pixels, and we do not sell or share what we see with an ad network.

Don't want to be counted? Turn it off for this browser. It takes effect immediately and we do not ask you why.

Why we collect it

To decide whether we can actually help you, to prepare for your call so we do not waste your time, and to contact you about that call. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with data brokers.

Consent to contact you

When you submit the form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text about your request. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us at the address below. Opting out does not affect anything else in this policy.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and your information passes through them only so we can deliver what you asked for:

Cloudflare — hosting, domain infrastructure, where your submission is stored, the bot check on our forms, and the AI model behind the chat assistant
Telegram — how we are notified that you got in touch, so you are not waiting on us
Notion — our internal record of who has contacted us and what we owe them
Cal.com — scheduling your call
Google — email correspondence
PostHog — counting how the site is used, so we know which pages actually help people

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data it processes. We do not give any of them permission to use your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Your submission is written to our own storage the moment it arrives, and a copy goes into the internal record described above. We keep it for as long as there is a live reason to: an open conversation, an active engagement, or a legal or tax record we are required to retain. If we are not working together and there is no open conversation, ask us to delete it and we will delete it from every place we hold it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it. We will not make you fill out a form to exercise a right. To stop us counting your visits, you do not have to email anyone — use the off switch above.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect what you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will tell you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your information.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
